Atlantic Aero Manufacturing has multiple high performance vertical milling centers which have 3rd, 4th and 5th axis controls. This enables us to machine multiple sides, complex contours and shapes in minimal machine time. The combination of skilled machinists and sophisticated machinery makes AAM capable of holding close tolerances while performing at high speed. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and stay within the customers timeline.

Quality is our primary goal. First article and in-process inspections are performed during multiple stages of the machining operation. We offer the precision necessary to produce quality parts. Programmable indexers and tilting rotary tables enable us to machine parts on up to five adjacent ninety degree surfaces and any compound angle. The breadth of our vertical capabilities allow for machining of a wider variety of complex parts, often in a single setup.
